Rebecca Rosario is the owner and President of Full House Marketing, Inc. in Raleigh, North Carolina. She established a second office in Charlotte in 2002 and is known as the "Leasing Queen of the South."

Rebecca began her property management career in 1991, quickly advancing through various positions including Leasing Consultant, Trouble Shooter and Corporate Leasing Trainer. She is a nationally recognized public speaker and trainer. She is enlightening and entertaining, delivering powerful education programs that are proven to produce measureable results-fast!

Rebecca has earned her NALP and CAM designations. As a board member of the Triangle Apartment Association, she has chaired the Public Relations Committee and serves on the Education Committee. She trains for apartment associations and home builders nationwide. Rebecca completed the Advanced Train the Trainer Programs through NAAEI (The National Apartment Association Education Institute) and is now considered NAAEI faculty.
